The Being Seen Experience™ brings together a small group of women in a shared, witnessed space, held together, seen individually, and transformed collectively.

Together, we move beyond surface-level identity into the essence of who each woman truly is, and translate that into a lived, embodied, and visible experience.

This is not about looking a certain way.
It is about feeling like yourself, fully, for the first time in a long time.

And letting that be captured.

The Being Seen Experience™ is a one-day, in-person immersive workshop for women who are ready to be seen on new levels—without performing, pretending, or shrinking.

Instead of trying to “look confident,” you learn to inhabit your body.
Instead of posing, you become present.
Instead of forcing visibility, you experience safety being seen.

And from that place, something shifts.

What You’ll Experience

A fully guided, intimate transformation for 6 women only

9:00am–5:00pm | In-Person | SLC, UT

Throughout the day, you’ll move through:

• Learning my Self-Transformation Spiral™
• Multiple embodiment practices & teachings
• Nourishing Lunch, Snacks & Drinks Provided
• Witnessing by other powerful women
• A supported Being Seen™ Embodiment Photoshoot
• Closing integration circle + ceremony
• Additionally- This includes a pre-workshop zoom, post workshop zoom.

Each woman is photographed one at a time, held in a grounded, intentional container.
